Refund Policy & Purchase Terms

Our refund policy is easily summed up in two words:

NO REFUNDS

If you're someone who looks at my track record of 24 years in business, the last 16 (+/-) selling automated trading software, and having one of the best selling Forex products in the entire industry, then you can buy with the confidence of knowing I'll do whatever I need to in order to make you a happy Hedgehog Pro bot user.

I stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is very important to me. In the case that my software is defective or damaged, I'll exchange the product for the same software.

But understand this clearly: Hedgehog Pro is a virtual digital product that can't be returned and therefore is nonrefundable. Once you buy it, you own it and it becomes your property.

All sales are final and and no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing any of my products or services on this site, you certify that you're well aware of this statement, and you forfeit any right to demand a refund or dispute any charges to your credit/debit card.

I've provided more than enough information about what the purchase will include on the sales page.

Please make sure you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase. If you're unsure about something, please contact me so you can be clear. 

To avoid fraudulent buyers and digital product theft, the product you purchase will be sent to the email associated with your card or PayPal account and documented in our system.

I intend on keeping a positive relationship with our payment processors. Please keep in mind that by making your purchase you agree to these terms and conditions regarding my refund policy. 

These refund policies are all part of what you said you read and agreed to. If you file a dispute, I'll respond to the dispute with documentation that makes your bank/credit card/PayPal aware of what you you read and agreed to.

Software Requirements

All of my software requires MetaTrader 4 to run. MetaTrader 4 is a free trading platform offered by hundreds of forex brokers. By purchasing my digital software you agree that you already have or will install MetaTrader 4. MetaTrader 4 is primarily a Windows program but can be installed on other operating systems like Mac OS and Linux using virtualization. I do not support MetaTrader 5 at this time.

Robots cannot be run from mobile phones or tablets. My software requires a personal computer, laptop, or a VPS running the Windows operating system. By purchasing, you're acknowledging you have one of these to use the software.
